Jessica has over 5 years experience working directly with FASD and is currently in the final stages of completing her PhD in Educational Interventions for Children with FASD at Loughborough University. She comes to FASD from an academic background having spoken at 10 international conferences, but sought to gain a practical understanding and real life experience of the condition to enable her to best support those living with FASD. This led to her role as Assistant Director of Operations at CAMP – A FASD Community, America’s first residential summer camp dedicated to serving individuals with FASD, as well as her role as FASD Advisor for FASD Hub Scotland. Jessica recently launched the UK’s first FASD specific podcast, Spotlight on FASD, with friend and colleague Clare Devanney-Glynn.
